Who are we?

Woking Town Football Club (WTFC) is a local grass roots community football club. The club was established in 1977 and registered as a charity in 1986. We have around 400 players, aged from 4 to 18 years old, who play in 30+ teams.

What is our vision?

Our vision is to be regarded as one of the best community football clubs in Woking and the first choice for any young player in the Woking area looking to develop their game. 

How are we run?

WTFC is run by volunteers, typically these are parents and guardians who support the club as committee members, coaches, team secretaries and in many other ways

How does our club support the local community?

Our focus is the provision of football coaching to all, targeting the development of their football, team and interpersonal skills. 

We provide a Benevolent Fund offering financial support to enable children who may be socially excluded due to difficult circumstances to participate in our football programme. 

Our participation with Surrey Police and Active Surrey has identified children struggling in their environments and requiring financial aid. We have integrated them into the club and given them support to participate in sport.

We have recently launched our first girls football team and are targeting to rapidly expand the number of girls playing football at our club

How will we use funds from Sponsors?

Sponsorship is used to provide the kit and equipment our players need to look and feel professional and part of the Woking Town FC team. Sponsorship enables us to ensure our fees do not prevent local children from being able to play football with a team that will help them to develop and fulfil their potential both on and off the football field.
